RPC Pipe Systems’ technical team, along with Flowtite® Technology worldwide (largest GRP Pipe group in the world) can assist in pipeline and pipe design for your project.

Lightweight, corrosion resistant and manufactured under strict quality standards, Flowtite® Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Pipe is suited to water, sewer and industrial applications. The manufacturing process allows for flexibility in design including the ability to change resin systems depending on the application.

The manufacturing process uses a continuous advancing mandrel which is state-of-the-art in GRP pipe production. The materials are applied to produce a series of layers which give both high pressure resistance as well as the required pipe stiffness.

Flowtite® GRP pipe is manufactured in a range of sizes from DN300 to DN3000, pressure classes ranging from PN1 up to PN35 and stiffness classes of SN5,000, SN10,000 and SN20,000.

Pipes are manufactured in lengths from 3m to 13m as standard with longer lengths to 18m available depending on the design conditions. Each length is supplied fitted with a coupling which uses the REKA rubber ring system.

Other diameter and pressure combinations are available upon request.

Flowtite® GRP Pipe manufactured by RPC Pipe Systems complies with the requirements of AS/NZS 4020 Testing of products for use in contact with drinking water.
